Inspections/ Maintenance Division

Maintenance programs where developed and put into place by Ross Hartrick 1978 Limited to educate and provide solutions to our customers concerning their vessel integrity and vessel lining life.

With our customers interest at heart, we developed this program to ensure that the plants are not damaging the integrity of the vessel lining. In many cases some damage has occurred from plant operators, tank modifications and exceeding lining limitations through heat and cleaning solutions.

Implementing a preventative maintenance program beginning with yearly inspections and audits of plant vessels inspected by a Ross Hartrick1978 Limited trained inspector, Followed by Ross Hartrick 1978 Limited repairing any damaged area’s found in the vessel lining.

Early maintenance/repairs will ensure the integrity of the vessel lining will continue to perform it’s natural life span.

Preventing the need of an unnecessary early vessel re-line.
